Westside Shipping & More is a veteran-owned, family-operated business located at 3107 W Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80904. Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:

  • Contact information — name, phone number, and email address when you contact us, place an order, or rent a mailbox.
  • Shipping details — addresses and package information needed to process a shipment.
  • Government-issued ID — required by USPS regulations for mailbox rentals (Form 1583) and for notary services.
  • Payment information — processed at the point of sale. We do not store card numbers.
  • Website usage data — if Google Analytics is active, we collect anonymized data about how visitors use this site (pages visited, general location, device type). No personally identifiable information is included.

How we use your information

  • To fulfill shipping, printing, notary, or storage requests.
  • To notify mailbox customers when mail or packages arrive.

  • To comply with carrier, postal, and regulatory requirements.

  • Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) — receive recipient name and address as required to process shipments.
  • Bounce — our luggage storage partner. Bookings made through the Bounce platform are subject to Bounce's privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics — if enabled, collects anonymized site usage data. You can opt out via browser settings or a Google Analytics opt-out extension.

Data retention

We retain records as required by law and for normal business operations. Shipment records and notary logs are kept for a minimum of five years per carrier and state requirements. You may request deletion of your contact information at any time by contacting us directly.
