Terms of Service

Effective date: April 14, 2026

By using the services of Westside Shipping & More (“we,” “us,” “our”), located at 3107 W Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80904, you agree to the following terms.

Shipping services

  • We act as an authorized shipping center for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Shipments are subject to each carrier's terms, conditions, and liability limits.
  • Our liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the carrier's published liability limit, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that contains prohibited, hazardous, or restricted materials as defined by the applicable carrier or federal law.
  • Quoted rates are estimates. Final charges are determined at the time of shipment based on actual dimensions, weight, and destination.

Packing services

  • Professional packing is performed to exceed carrier standards. However, we cannot guarantee against damage caused by carrier mishandling, acts of nature, or inherent fragility of the item.
  • Items packed by the customer (PBC) are shipped at the customer's risk. We are not liable for damage to customer-packed items.
  • We reserve the right to decline to pack or ship items we deem unsuitable for safe transport.

Printing services

  • By submitting files for printing, you confirm that you own or have rights to reproduce the content.
  • We are not liable for errors in files submitted by the customer. Review your files carefully before submission.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by equipment, materials, or circumstances outside our control.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to print content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

Mailbox rentals

  • Mailbox rentals require completion of USPS Form 1583 and a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Mailboxes are for lawful use only. We may terminate a rental without notice if we determine it is being used for unlawful purposes.
  • We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen mail or packages beyond what is recoverable through the delivering carrier.
  • Unclaimed packages held beyond 30 days may be returned to sender or disposed of at our discretion.

Notary services

  • Our notaries are Colorado-commissioned. Notarization is a witnessing service — we do not provide legal advice, draft documents, or advise on document content.
  • We are not attorneys and may not accept fees for legal advice. We are not immigration consultants.
  • We reserve the right to decline to notarize any document at our discretion.

Document shredding

  • Shredding is irreversible. By submitting documents for shredding, you confirm you have the right to destroy them and release us from any liability for their destruction.
  • We are not liable for documents mistakenly included by the customer.

Luggage storage

  • Luggage storage is operated in partnership with Bounce and is subject to Bounce's Terms of Service.
  • Reservations must be made through the Bounce platform prior to drop-off.
  • We are not responsible for items left beyond the booked storage period.

General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
